Geelus may be a multinational company serving the clothing change, dry cleaner and laundry business in 15 countries since last 14 years, offering an entire POS system trying to find a support specialist which wills assistance in software training and support.
Setup, testing and troubleshooting hardware and apps for our clients is a component of the work definition.
Software Support Job Main responsibilities:
- Answers, support tickets from real users experiencing problems with any software or hardware.
- Install, configure and troubleshoot apps and help with any problems.
- Provide app support for any mobile devices (ex: iPhone, iPad, Android).
- Migrate our any users from our old POS to the new POS mustbe any system.
- Help us rewrite documents or add new documents when a replacement version released.
Software Support Job Requirements:
- Good Knowledge and understanding of the necessity to satisfy any customer expectations which all tasks should be timely completed to the satisfaction of our customer or client.
- Enabled with desktop or laptop support for Office and Windows, experience in well troubleshooting – and well troubleshooting.
- Bachelor’s degree during a computing or business discipline or equivalent great work experiences during a relevant any technical area.
- Ability to our any figure as a part of a team with any minimal supervision
- Work is especially in USA Eastern Time zone but you ought to be available within a period of 11 to 12 hours if any urgent issues arise
